Since Espolín was born, we knew that we wanted to be inspired by the Valencian culture to create a gastronomic space of traditional cuisine but, at the same time, with a lot of love and a modern twist. That’s the reason why we are so happy to announce that we have new Valencian dishes for this upcoming season!

  • Bravas “Foc i flama”: The best spicy potatoes in the city!
  • “El Festero”: Our special crispy bread sandwich with iberian pork. Just awesome!

Moreover, we are also happy because Fallas season is coming and Valencia has its new “falleras” (two ladies who represent the entire city) of 2023. Laura Mengó (Falla l’Antiga Campanar) and Paula Nieto (Falla Azcàrraga Ferran el Catòlic) will be the stars during the next year. We wish them the best!

While we are waiting the arrival of the most important month for Valencia (March), we will continue to provide you the best mediterranean cuisine through our dishes.
