Palmer Restaurant, a surprising and original gastronomic space where you can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine surrounded by palm trees.
The Palmer Restaurant is an urban retreat surrounded by lush greenery. Its walls full of mirrors combine with the different intensities of the sun to create a luminous atmosphere during the day. At night, personalized lighting turns the space into an intimate, reserved place with changing atmospheres.
The Palmer Restaurant combines avant-garde culinary trends with traditional dishes. Each and every one of the dishes present in its careful menu is made with quality native products and typical of each season of the year.
You can try the “rossejats” noodles with seafood and ”all i oli”, where the flavor of tradition is the protagonist. Or our rib eye steak, one of the star dish of this season. The Palmer Restaurant’s gastronomic proposal also offers touches of international cuisine and an interesting and complete wine selection
