From October 17th to 27th, Bloved is celebrating its Rice Festival, an event designed for food lovers where rice takes centre stage. Throughout these days, we invite you to discover a unique culinary proposal that blends creativity and tradition in every dish. From the delicate Scallop Rice, with its fresh marine flavour, to the irresistible Risotto with Scallops, Prawns, and Parmesan Shavings, each bite will take you on a sensory journey.

Carefully selected wines, such as Terras Gauda Albariño or Le Fleur de Rocheyron Merlot, perfectly complement our creations, enhancing the nuances and textures of each rice dish.
