Our menu pays tribute to traditional Menorcan cooking, with a personal touch that highlights local, seasonal ingredients. Among our star dishes, you’ll find Oli-Aigua—a humble yet flavorful soup made with tomato, onion, pepper, and bread. Served cold or warm, it’s a perfect example of how simple cuisine can become pure art.
