A concept of gastronomy with local products where you can “let yourself be loved”. Located in the Hotel Catalonia Gran Vía, BLoved will make you fall in love with its design, service, atmosphere and, above all, its cuisine. It is the perfect meeting point to enjoy great moments with your loved ones. Also, in the gastrobar you can have a snack while you have a drink or a good cocktail and enjoy live DJ and/or Jazz sessions.

All BLoved’s dishes and menus have 2 essential ingredients. One, the passion for gastronomy, and the other, the highest quality in our products (meats from the Sierra de Guadarrama, vegetables from La Vega… because we love the good things from our land).

Passion, passion and passion. This is the feeling that flows in our kitchens. Something that, added to the unquestionable quality of the local produce (Sierra de Guadarrama, vegetables from the Vega…) and the expertise of our chef and his team, with more than 20 years of experience in the kitchens of half the world, make BLoved the perfect place to let yourself fall in love with gastronomy.
