CANCELLATION POLICY

Once the reservation has been made through the website, you will receive an email confirming its validity along with all relevant information.

If you wish to modify the reservation date or the number of guests, your request will be handled provided it is made sufficiently in advance of the scheduled time and subject to availability. You may complete this process by calling the restaurant.

Please note that, a few days before the reserved date and time, you will receive an email and/or SMS in which you must reconfirm or cancel the reservation using the links enabled for this purpose, if available.

Only once you have reconfirmed the reservation via email or SMS will your booking be fully confirmed.

If you prefer, you may confirm your reservation by calling the restaurant prior to the reservation date.

In the event that guests do not show up, fail to provide any notice, or do not cancel a minimum number of hours prior to the reserved time, the corresponding amount per person will be charged, provided that the reservation includes an associated cancellation policy.

For this reason, at the time of making the reservation, and to guarantee it, credit card details will be requested.
