CANCELLATION POLICY
Once you make a reservation through the web engine, you will receive an email confirming its validity with all the relevant information. If you wish to modify the reservation date or the number of guests, your request will be accommodated as long as it is made at least a minimum time before the scheduled hour, and if there are available spots. You can carry out this process by calling the restaurant’s phone number.
We inform you that days before the reserved date and time, you will receive an email and SMS where you must reconfirm or cancel the reservation using the links provided for this purpose, if available. Only once you have reconfirmed the reservation from the email or SMS will your reservation be fully confirmed. If you prefer, you can also confirm by calling the restaurant’s phone number before the reservation date.
In the event that guests do not show up, there is no notice from your side, or you do not cancel with a minimum number of hours in advance of the reserved time, the corresponding amount per person will be charged if the reservation has an associated cancellation policy. Therefore, at the time of making the reservation, and in order to guarantee it, credit card details will be requested.
